Carlos brings to Customer Mobile more than 20 years of experience in International Business Development, Marketing, Retail Channel, and Distribution. Specializing in the Latin America & Caribbean Markets, he has developed a track record facilitating sales and business development in the telecommunications, enterprise, and retail environments.
During his career, Carlos has integrated new high-performance global software and infrastructure technologies at Telco’s and wireless and cable operators throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Customer Mobile, Carlos held several leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, including BlackBerry, Motorola, Philips Consumer Communications, Columbus Communications, The Gillette Company, and Procter & Gamble.
Carlos received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard University, and a degree in Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
